I found this book to be honest and pretty straight forward. I like many
people have tried my share of diets and work out plans. It's tough
finding what works for you. The author asks tough questions. It really
is all about a battle of self vs self. Do you want better for yourself?
and Why aren't you doing what's right for your body? The author suggests
that once people get it into their minds that they want to lose weight
they will make the necessary lifestyle changes to achieve this, healthy
diet and exercise.
