Rumor Has It by Elisabeth Grace -- All publicity is good publicity, right? Unless you’re recent college grad Ellie Wagner and an embarrassing video of you and your ex-boyfriend goes viral. Especially when you fall – literally – at the feet of a sexy, green-eyed stranger who offers you freedom and a life of luxury on a gold-rimmed platter. There’s only one little problem – the man of your dreams is none other than Mason Nash, the latest hip-hop star busting up the music charts.

Rocked by Cari Quinn -- Love definitely wasn't on the setlist. Opening for their idols on their first tour, Oblivion is living the dream. Mostly. Frustrated at being shoved out of his mediator role by their new manager, Deacon McCoy loses himself in brutal workouts. He only comes up for air long enough to refuel—and to tease the deliciously cute chef.

Lost in Us by Layla Hagen -- After a painful breakup, Serena figures the best cure for a broken heart is a fling. And she has just that with commitment-phobic James, a wealthy entrepreneur. But as their attraction becomes something more, will their tragic pasts destroy their chance at
happiness?

Dark Velvet by Lisa Carlisle -- Savannah is thrilled for her residency at an art colony where she meets the sculptor Antoine. Antoine proposes they become lovers during her stay. But the situation turns complicated when Savannah discovers his secret. She had suspicions about his identity, but finds the truth overwhelming.

The Shortstop by AM Madden -- Quint Lawson had two passions, his childhood sweetheart and baseball. From kindergarten to college, Quint tore up every baseball diamond he played on. His position was shortstop. His talent was undeniable. Professional ball was most definitely in his future, and he was ready for it. Annie Weber would be right by his side.

Push the Envelope by Rochelle Paige -- Alexa is just your average college junior, attending classes and piloting Mile High Club charter flights. Boys haven't been on her radar for a couple years after a disastrous breakup with her high school sweetheart. Drake transferred to Blythe College for the rugby team, not for a new assortment of college girls. When he meets Alexa, Drake knows he's met his match.

Bullet by Jade C. Jamison -- What if you discover the man you want is toxic? Valerie Quinn is a naive college freshman when she meets on-the-rise rock star Ethan Richards. He’s an idealistic, handsome, reckless young man, but he’s captured her heart. She doesn’t give up on him and eventually his walls crumble down. By the time Valerie has given herself to him completely, she discovers he’s damaged and may be beyond help.

Loving Lies by Renee Field -- Blake Samson is a man driven to succeed. Alyssa Papadopoulos is running from her wealthy father. They come from different worlds but a summer fling turns causes their worlds to come crashing down. Will two people lying about their past give themselves permission to love?

Under My Skin by Delia Foster -- Law student Liz Connor is a crazy bombshell with a smart mouth and a penchant for trouble. Mark Daniels is a built, sexy cop who also happens to be her childhood enemy. When their paths cross years later, the chemistry between them is instant and explosive. Once again they manage to get under each other's skin, but this time, it's in a very different way.

Scarred by Marie Long -- Sometimes, love comes with a price … The past is always gonna try and bring you down, but you gotta fight. Fight hard for what you love. Fight to win is what twenty-two-year-old Dominick Anderson believes, but his life is a struggle.

Prince of Flight Book Review

This review is for Prince of Flight by Mandy Roth:

Keonae and Lark's love story was thrilling, sexy, and emotional. Roth has spun a rich tale of finding love in the midst of trials. Keonae and Lark both were scarred because of their past, one mentally the other physically, despite that they're willing to put it all on the line for the one person who sees the best in them. They both don't think that their good for each other but their attraction is combustible. Being a bird shifter Keonae is exactly what Lark is afraid nevertheless they're willing to overcome their fears for a love like they've never experienced. This series keeps getting better.

Ambient Light Book Review

Ambient Light is a awesome story about Yates and Kelly two individuals brought together by a irresistible attraction. Their attraction is combustible up until they find out that one of them is a vampire and the other a shifter. Despite their differences they're exactly what each other were longing for. I enjoyed this story thoroughly, another great read from Roth.

Administrative Control Review

Administrative Control was sexy, fun, and action filled. I haven't met a Roth book I haven't liked and the Immortal Ops series excellent. Asher and Jinx are fiery and combustible together, they're the perfect pair.

The Ugly Dumpling book review

http://www.examiner.com/review/the-ugly-dumpling-book-review

"The Ugly Dumpling" written by Stephanie Campisi and illustrated by Shahar Kober is a wonderful book that retells the story of The Ugly Duckling. Being left alone and uneaten like his fellow dumplings, the ugly dumpling feels out of sorts and miserable. When a spirited cockroach shows the dumpling how amazing life can be the ugly dumpling realizes that there is beauty all around him. I fell in love with this story from the first page, Campisi's prose ensnared me and Kober's illustrations wrapped me up in a blanket of whimsy and vibrant delight. This book was charming and fun, seeing the restaurant from the eyes of the ugly dumpling and the cockroach was so fresh and added the perfect amount of adventure to the story. Kober was able to portray ideally what the story was all about, from the expressions on the face of the dumplings, the restaurant patrons, to the authentic restaurant scenery.

What also makes this book fantastic is the message that so beautifully comes across through the pages. It's hard being different, the ugly dumpling shows you that everyone is beautiful in their own right and diversity should be embraced. This story encourages being a loving person, self-love and loving others despite their differences and the peer pressure that you may be facing. I find this message to be so important and relevant to today's society. This book would be a great addition to any classroom and school library. I think that the early childhood age group will highly enjoy this book. This sweet story can be used in themes on fairy tales, diversity, bullying, Chinese New Year, emotions, and for both language arts and social studies. I highly recommend this story which will be available on April 7, 2016 from Mighty Media Kids.

Damage Report Review

5 stars for Damage Report, Mandy Roth has delivered another stellar book. Every time I read a book in this series I fall more in love with it. Weston a bear shifter has been through as lot now all he wants is to take care of his basic needs. When he good buddy Casey tells him he needs to find his mate because she was in trouble Weston never thinks he's find her trapped in a sex club. Paisley was in for more than she bargained for when she set off to find her missing friend and winds up meeting Weston her mate. They are both in for a tumultuous and thrilling ride, as they fight for their relationship and to save their friends. I loved Weston and Paisley's story, though they are so different they're perfect together. I look forward to more from Roth and this series.

Executive Decision Book Review

Oh my gosh this book was fantastic, scandalous, and spicy. I loved this story about Liz and Dale two best friends with more than friendship brewing between them. Liz has been burned in the past so she has problems committing to one man, now she is having an affair with her boss and this is the final straw for Dale. Dale has been wanting more from Liz for a long time now he just isn't sure if taking the chance is worth their friendship but finding out that Liz and their boss is together is the catalyst that propels him to risk it all for the one woman he can't resist. I loved this story, the more I read from Roth the better she gets. She is hands down one of the best romance writers out there, this book proves it.
