I love the ideas in this book. The problem I have is with the
organization. There need to be more subtitles. My eyes just continuously
ran on. Also, it would be nice if there were more pictures of the
sandwiches she was referring to, so readers could get an idea of what
she was talking about. The sections are not labeled except by number. I
would like to know when you're talking about chicken as opposed to pork,
or even traditional American sandwiches versus sandwiches found in the
Caribbean or abroad.
